Pietro Baroni

IT –  Fotografo italiano, nato in Italia (1977), vive a Milano e si occupa principalmente di ritratto, fotografia corporate e commerciale per molti brand internazionali.

Stilisticamente si distingue soprattutto per la minuziosità e la precisione con cui imposta la scena fotografica ponendo molta attenzione al dettaglio e l’inserimento degli oggetti nel contesto, mai messi per caso.

I suoi ritratti non sono banali o tecnici sono scansioni precise dell’anima del soggetto un attimo che cerca di raccontare l’intimità della persona. 

Ha viaggiato in oltre 40 Paesi in tutto il mondo un occasione per raccontare con la fotografia diverse storie umane. esplora questioni sociali legate ai problemi di genere della nostra società .

La sua ricerca è orientata all’ investigazione di sé : corpo , identità ed emozione sono le tre parole chiave che usa per la sua ricerca .

Tra i molti ritratti del fotografo  10 sono esposti al Leica store di Roma, in cui il fotografo vuole raccontare le ansie le paure e molti altri aspetti profondi dell’animo umano a volte  nascosti e custoditi gelosamente delle persone ritratte, coglierne l’ essenza tutti pensieri che ci portiamo dentro tutti i giorni .

J’ai plus de souvenirs que si J’avais mille ans

IT – “Ho più ricordi che se avessi vissuto mille anni” ha scritto Baudelaire.
Tutti noi abbiamo pensieri indicibili, indicibili che noi stessi temiamo. Tutti abbiamo preoccupazioni e ansie che vogliamo nascondere alla vista degli altri. O che desideriamo che possano essere visti, salvati. Questi pensieri sono così profondi e intimi che non sono visibili al mondo esterno. Sono trasparenti agli altri. Ma li abbiamo. Li portiamo sulla nostra pelle, ogni singolo giorno. Ho cercato di far emergere queste paure. Ho cercato di evidenziarli e collezionarli. Con questo lavoro voglio rendere decifrabili i pensieri e le preoccupazioni invisibili che abbiamo tatuato sul nostro corpo, ma che di solito nessuno vede. Ho chiesto alle persone ritratte di pensare e sentire queste paure, queste incertezze, questi pensieri, in modo da poterle catturare.

We all have unmentionable, unspeakable thoughts that we ourselves fear.

We all have worries and anxieties we want to hide from the others’ sight. Or that we wish they could be seen, to be rescued. These thoughts are so deep and intimate that are not visible to the outside world.

They are transparent to the others. But we do have them. We carry them on our skin, every single day. I have tried to bring these fears to justify.

I have tried to highlight and collect them. With this work I want to make decipherable the invisible thoughts and worries we do have tattooed on our body, but that nobody usually sees.

I have asked the portrayed people to think about and feel these fears, these uncertainties, these thoughts, so that I could catch them.
